
Dr. Lauren Glowzenski, VMD
Dr. Lauren Glowzenski grew up with all-species of animals, from your typical companion animals to reptiles and livestock; she has a special gift for working with a variety of species.

Dr. Lauren attended the University of Pennsylvania, graduating with an award for her demonstrated abilities in Field Services, being recognized early on for her ability to provide a high level of on-site care in a variety of at home and on farm settings. For nearly a decade, she has been employed by large, commercial hog production systems (Tyson Foods, TriOak Foods (JBS USA) and PIPESTONE. Her industry accomplishments were recognized in 2022, where she was awarded Young Swine Veterinarian of the Year by the American Association of Swine Veterinarians.

In 2023, Dr. Lauren had to say goodbye to Bosley, her treasured canine companion of almost sixteen years. Bosley was a remarkable dog and performing his at-home euthanasia, in the comfort of his own surroundings, provided him the utmost peace in his final moments. In his memory, Compassionate Crossings was founded to afford others in the community the same opportunity to provide comfort for their treasured companions in their final moments.

Dr. Lauren is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA), American Association of Swine Veterinarians (AASV) and is licensed to practice veterinary medicine in ten states.
