IN MEMORIAM

Remembering our loving companions

Bosley, a loving Pitbull-boxer, was adopted in Yonkers, New York in 2008. Bosley was Dr. Lauren's longtime companion of over 16-years. He was not only a companion, but fulfilled many roles. Perhaps most nobly, Bosley served as a blood donor while Dr. Lauren was in veterinary school at the University of Pennsylvania, saving several canine lives in the process. Bolsey was a source of emotional support, he was a guardian for his family and a was a mentor to countless foster puppies, dogs, cats and kittens that came into his home.

Dr. Lauren euthanized Bosley at-home, surrounded by his pack members and family, in his favorite spot!

A result of this experience, Dr. Lauren started Compassionate Crossings, to provide at-home euthanasia options to the surrounding community, because all animals deserve a dignified departure.
